Our Story
Mobily was born from a simple belief: a Canadian URL shortener shouldn't compromise your privacy or empty your wallet.
As a Canadian full-stack developer with 20+ years of experience, I grew frustrated with expensive enterprise tools that collected unnecessary data and locked essential features behind paywalls. Canadian businesses deserved a better option.
So in 2025, I built Mobily — a branded URL shortener with Canadian link analytics and professional features starting at $19 CAD/month (about half the price of Bitly's comparable tier). Built from Toronto, hosted in Montreal, for Canada.
